In fact, Stephen attended our evening service last week, along with Pastor Ashbrook, his grandfather, as their service had been in the afternoon.

Chris, that is a Howard. Stephen was born one week before Duncan. They were friends as little boys on Vancouver Island when his parents served up here. I always refer to his dad as my best friend in the ministry. We have been very close, ever since the years we served on ‘the Rock’ together. Anyway, our boys have been friends at BJU and it gave me a good deal of pleasure to see Stephen stand up with Duncan as his best man.
